Eric Fuller

President & Chief Executive Officer – EIKON‑X

Eric Fuller is the President and CEO of EIKON‑X, where he leads the firm’s strategic vision, growth agenda, and operational execution. With over 15 years of global leadership experience in human capital, business transformation, and digital operations, Eric brings a multidisciplinary approach to driving innovation and client success across industries.

Prior to founding EIKON‑X, Eric held executive HR and operational roles at major energy and industrial services firms, including Global Head of HR at Halliburton and Vice President of HR at Conquest Completion Services. His career spans global markets across the Americas, Europe, and the Arabian Gulf, with a strong track record in enterprise transformation, joint venture integration, and operating model design.

Eric holds a BBA from Baylor University and a Master’s in Human Resource Development from Texas A&M University. As CEO, he is recognized for building agile, client-centric teams and positioning EIKON‑X at the intersection of talent, technology, and transformation.
