Baily brings over 20 years of hands-on human resources experience in a multitude of industries, a degree in Cultural Anthropology and Human Resources Management, and—just for good measure—a brief stint in stand-up comedy. This unique blend drives her to approach challenges with curiosity, empathy, and a healthy dose of humor.

Throughout her career, Baily has built HR departments from the ground up, led through complex mergers and acquisitions, and spearheaded critical initiatives across employee relations, compliance, organizational design, payroll, communications, and more. She thrives in developing smart, scalable processes and believes there’s never just one way to solve a problem—only better ways. She leads a team of professional HR consultants all over the US.
